Who needs it?
Chef Steve takes a special pleasure in gathering families at the dinner table! He is dedicated to serving families, busy couples, patients recuperating from illness, elderly individuals – and any person who is just too busy for the work, but wants to enjoy reasonably priced, nutritious and delicious food, created only with the freshest seasonal ingredients.
Consultation
People are different when it comes to food. Chef Steve begins by talking with you about your preferred type of cuisine and special dietary requirements (ex: low-fat, organic, diabetic-friendly, etc.). Tell him about ingredients you like or dislike, and set dietary guidelines, so that he can prepare meals specifically for you and your family or guests.
Use the “Menus” section only as a suggested guideline. With a huge variety of menus to choose from (or create), Chef Steve is surprisingly versatile and accommodating. He is there to please your palate!

Gourmet Service
Chef Steve brings to your home all the small appliances, kitchen tools and the just-bought fresh ingredients he needs to create everything from scratch: sauces, condiments, and the courses. You get not just a meal, but a gourmet experience.
Think about all the time you save! Chef Steve does the shopping for fresh, seasonal ingredients… he does all the food preparation, cooking, and storing. Then he leaves your kitchen spotlessly clean. You wouldn’t know Gourmet Steve was there, except for the homey aroma of great food, ready for your table.
Gourmet At-Home Meals
Set up a schedule of meals and work with Gourmet Steve to select your menus. Then enjoy custom in-home catering, fully individualized for your family. Each meal, prepared with maximum nutritious value, includes an entrée and two side dishes
Eat when the time is right. Chef Steve leaves precise instructions that make it so easy to heat, sit down and enjoy!
Gourmet Entertainment
If you love to gather friends around your table – but you hate the work… ask Chef Steve to do the shopping, preparation and clean-up. See what fun it is to be a gracious host and actually ENJOY your own party!
Gourmet Sit-down:
- A romantic dinner for two, or…
- An elegant sit-down dinner (4 to 15 people)
Gourmet Buffet (15 to 30 people)
Basic Gourmet Buffet: Have Gourmet Steve cater your party with his popular hors d’oeuvres, finger foods and other suggested platters, which could include an entrée and side dishes. Flavor it Asian, Mexican, Italian or light and healthy with fruit, greens and/or seafood. Ask Chef Steve about all these innovative offerings.
Gourmet Pastry: Served alone, or together with the basic buffet. Chef Steve offers fresh-baked bread, rolls, assorted cookies, and cake.
