Chef
Steve Ahlbeck developed a passion for cooking at a very young
age. Encouraged to experiment when growing up, he amassed
an impressive collection of Cookbooks. It was no
surprise that he went on to earn:
- A culinary degree from the Art Institute of Seattle
– with honors;
- Membership in the American Culinary Federation (ACF)
where he holds certification in Food and Beverage Cost
Control, Professional Baking, and Supervision in the Hospitality
Industry
- Membership and training with the American Personal Chef
Association (APCA); and
- ServSave-Certification from the National Restaurant
Association, recognized by the International Food Safety
Council.
Your personal chef, Steve, is very knowledgeable about
food safety and proper food-handling procedures. His mission
in life is to gather people of all ages around the table
in their home, to enjoy reasonably priced, nutritious and
delicious food, created only with the freshest ingredients.
