 Dear Sir or Madame:

I am writing a letter of recommendation for Stevan Ahlbeck (Gourmet Steve). My daughter was married in May of 2005 on Lopez Island, Washington. Steve did all the hors d’ oeuvres for the wedding of 135 people. We met with Steve a couple of months before the wedding and he had wonderful suggestions and so many ideas and layouts for presentation. The horduorves were a total success-there was such a variety and definitely gourmet. Steve also catered our brunch the following day. I would recommend Stevan to anyone who wants top-notch food and elegant presentation. His knowledge of food is amazing and he is wonderful to work with and we would love to use him again in the future.
